How to show the details of properties where there are multiple vendors for a property. To see how many Vendors are attached to a property record, look at the View Vendors tile, the number next to the lead vendor shows how many Vendors there are.
Click into the ‘View Vendors’ field at the top of the Sales Property Record and add all your Vendors to the property.
To add multiple vendors, click onto either ‘Create New Vendor’ or search for and add the new vendor details from an existing record.
If Creating a new Vendor you will be asked if you want to use the same address, once selected complete the new vendor record (which will open in a new screen) with as many details as you have.
Click ‘Save’ and return to the Property Record. Search for and add the new Vendor.
Once added, one Vendor needs to be the ‘Lead Vendor’. This is the entry with the blue star next to the name, to move the blue star just click onto the grey star next to the record you want to be the new lead. To delete a Vendor from the list, click the bin icon to the right of the entry, n.b. the Lead Vendor cannot be deleted so in this case the Lead Vendor needs to be moved.
Viewing All the Vendors Details.
Once all the Vendor details are added, to view all of their details on one screen, click on View Vendors at the top of the property screen, once in this view click the ‘ View All’ button on the screen.
There is also the option in this screen to ‘Email All’ and ‘SMS All’ vendors.
You will then be able to see all of the Vendors record cards on one screen.
