New features
New and Improved Sales Matching
We’ve launched a brand new Sales Matching experience, making it easier to match properties and applicants with greater control and flexibility.
You now have greater control over the criteria used to match properties and applicants, helping you create more relevant matches for prospective buyers and the properties they’re looking for.
The new matching experience also provides a more intuitive way to create matches, with improved support for Property Types and Styles to help you deliver higher quality results.
The new Sales Matching experience is available now and can be accessed in the same ways as before:
- From the top Sales menu > Property / Applicant Match
- From within the property or applicant record you want to match

Sales and Lettings
Tapi integration

Askpilot integration

Improved mobile key management
Key management on mobile has been enhanced for Sales and Lettings, with sign-out and sign-in actions now available alongside a clearer key list, simplified controls and easier access to key log filters.
Enhanced viewing confirmation messages
Calendar SMS and email templates now include additional merge tags when sending correspondence to the property owner, giving you more options to personalise communications with relevant applicant, property, and viewing details.
Improved search filtering
Search filters now apply across the full set of results rather than only the records displayed on the current page, making it easier to find the information you need.
Consistent matching email signatures
Email signatures are now included when sending property matches directly, ensuring emails sent with or without a preview have consistent branding and contact details.
Applicant search areas
New Sales and Lettings applicants now retain their search area information on creation, ensuring applicant preferences are captured correctly throughout their onboarding.
Update to new Calendar v2
We have now switched all calendar access onto the latest version of our calendar. Since its launch last year, we've continued to enhance the new UI to ensure all existing functionality is retained while improving the overall experience.
Lettings
Improved inspection experience
Inspection reports now display rooms in the order they were added, while existing inspections open directly on the Overview tab by default, providing a clearer and more intuitive inspection experience.
