CRM RELEASE
25 June 2025 - VERSION 2.31.0
New features
Welcome Emails Now Logged in Applicant Journals
We’ve improved communication tracking in Letzone by ensuring that Welcome Emails are now recorded in the Journal of the applicant who receives them. Now, when a Welcome Email is sent via Letzone, the email subject will appear in the recipient's journal—whether they are a prebooked tenant or guarantor. This helps you keep a clearer audit trail of key communications. To protect sensitive information, the body of the email will not be included, as it contains login credentials.
Cancelled Viewings Now Clearly Flagged on Property Records
We’ve improved the visibility of cancelled viewings by ensuring they are now clearly marked on both Applicant and Property records. Previously, when a viewing was cancelled, it was clearly flagged on the applicant record, but not on the property record. Now, when you view a cancelled appointment under Property Viewings, it will display a ‘Cancelled’ flag—matching what you see on the applicant’s screen. This update helps maintain consistency and ensures everyone has a clear view of the viewing status across the system.
New 'Expired' Badges for Documents
We’ve made it easier to keep track of time-sensitive documents where an expiry date has been entered—such as insurance policies or mortgage offers— by introducing a clear ‘Expired’ badge in the Documents tab for all record types. Now, whenever a document reaches its expiry date, it will be flagged with an 'Expired' badge next to the file type icon. This visual cue helps users quickly identify outdated documents immediately.
Additional updates & General Improvements
We’re making further improvements to enhance speed and performance alongside system stability
