Sales & Lettings
Improved Visibility for Multi Property Viewing
Viewing appointment titles in Calendar v2 have been enhanced for multi property viewings. When multiple properties are included in a single viewing appointment, the event title will now display all property addresses. This ensures the full scope of the appointment is clear at a glance, without needing to open the event.
Improved Appraisal Visibility for Negotiators
Appraisal records in Sales and Lettings now consistently display the assigned negotiator across lists and related records. This provides clearer visibility of ownership and responsibility, making it easier to track and manage appraisals.

Track Upcoming Listings with “Coming to Market”
A new “Coming to Market” option is now available within Sales and Lettings Property Record Marketing Property Advertising.
You can now flag a property as coming to market using a simple on/off toggle, with the option to add a “Date Coming to Market”. The date field becomes available when the toggle is enabled, allowing you to clearly track and manage upcoming listings.
This provides greater visibility of properties not yet live, helping you plan marketing activity and manage your pipeline more effectively.
Additional Applicant Details for Better Qualification
New fields have been added within Sales Applicant Details Additional Information to support better applicant qualification. You can now capture whether an applicant has a property to sell, along with additional details where relevant.
When “Property to sell?” is set to Yes, further related options become available, helping keep data entry focused and relevant. All fields are optional and designed to support more informed conversations and improved pipeline visibility.
Enhanced Property Withdrawal Tracking
Two new date fields have been added within Sales Property Record Details Price/Instructed Date to support better tracking of property withdrawals:
- Date Notice to Withdraw Given
- Date Property Withdrawn
Both fields offer Yes / No / Not Set (default) options and can be updated at any time. This provides greater flexibility when capturing key financial information and helps support more informed conversations and decision making.
Enhanced Applicant Qualification Details
Two new fields have been added within Sales Applicant Applicant Record Details Additional Information to support improved applicant qualification:
- Requires a Mortgage
- Requires a Valuation
Both fields offer Yes / No / Not Set (default) options and can be updated at any time. This provides greater flexibility when capturing key financial information and helps support more informed conversations and decision making.
Updates and refinements to the new Calendar v2
Following the recent launch of Calendar v2, several updates have been introduced based on user feedback to enhance usability and overall experience.
This release includes
- Appointments synced via Google and Outlook calendars account for BST changes
- Applicants are listed in time order on open house viewings
- Improved text wrapping on calendar appointments
- Calendar type is now a mandatory field when creating an appointment

Enhanced Security with Account Lockout Protection
We all know how important data security is, so we’ve added additional security measures to protect your data and user accounts.
By introducing a new account lockout process which means after three unsuccessful login attempts, the account will be temporarily locked for 15 minutes we help safeguard against unauthorised access while ensuring normal access can resume automatically after the lockout period ends.
