Sales & Lettings
Easier Property Record Creation For Existing Vendors
When one of your existing vendors is looking to sell a property they already own, you can now add a property directly from their account and CRM will pre fill their address for you.
Simply open the vendor record, select Property > New Property and when prompted select ‘ Use vendors address’. Your new record will be created with the same address as the vendor record. If needed you can make any adjustments as normal, saving you valuable time.
Improved Appraisal Visibility for Negotiators
Appraisal records in Sales and Lettings now consistently display the assigned negotiator across lists and related records.
This provides clearer visibility of ownership and responsibility, making it easier to track and manage appraisals.

Track Method of Sale
A new option is available on Sales > Property Records > Marketing > Auction for capturing a Method of Sale. This allows you to flag if a property is being sold by Private Treaty, Traditional Auction or Modern Method of Auction. This makes it even easier to make sure you are following the right sales processes for your properties.
Updates and refinements to the new Calendar v2
Following the recent launch of Calendar v2, several updates have been introduced based on user feedback to enhance usability and overall experience.

We’ve brought back the full appointment view on weekly, Daily and Split View calendars. This means you can see all appointments that are happening during a particular point of the day in a single glance. No more clicking to see which appointments are scheduled making it easier to keep track of your diary and appointments.
If you share a calendar with anyone else, you'll see their appointments highlighted in a different colour.
As a reminder, you’ll see the option to use the new calendar now & you can read about the changes below.
