New features

Sales & Lettings

Streamlined Emailing from Property Matching

A new Send Email option has been introduced to make property matching faster and more efficient. When sending a property to multiple applicants or multiple properties to a single applicant, you can now choose to send the email immediately using your default template, without first opening the preview screen.

The existing option has been renamed Preview & Send Email and continues to work as before, allowing you to review the email prior to sending.

This enhancement helps reduce administration time and streamlines a frequently used workflow across both Sales and Lettings.

Enhanced Area Unit Accuracy in Zoopla Feed

The Zoopla property feed has been updated to ensure area measurements are correctly represented when properties are configured using square metres. This enhancement applies to both Sales and Lettings properties, providing greater accuracy and consistency in property marketing data sent to Zoopla.

This ensures property sizes are displayed using the intended unit of measurement, helping to maintain accurate listing information across property portals.

Updated Download Process for BACS Files

The BACS export process has been updated to provide a more consistent download experience across different file formats. Files generated using .txt-based specifications, such as RBS Bankline, will now download directly in the same way as CSV-based formats.

This ensures BACS files are immediately available in the required format, streamlining the export process and reducing the need for additional steps before submission to your banking platform.

Barclays BACS Format Updates

The Barclays BACS export format has been updated to better align with Barclays processing requirements. Exports now include the required payment record indicator and enhanced bank reference handling, supporting the use of property addresses or invoice numbers where configured. NOTE: This can be configured within My Account > Control Centre > Configuration > Accounts.

These changes help ensure smoother file processing and provide more meaningful payment references within Barclays BACS submissions.

Updates and refinements to the new Calendar v2

Following the recent launch of Calendar v2, several updates have been introduced based on user feedback to enhance usability and overall experience.

This release includes

• We’ve improved the Calendar view on mobile including updates to the scrolling, change to horizontal/vertical navigation, using the full height of device screens and ensuring that navigation is user friendly.
• Split views use the default workday times set in configuration to align with other views
• Improving the use of merge fields when sending e-mail from the calendar.
