CRM RELEASE
22nd June 2026 - VERSION 2.50.0
New features
Sales & Lettings
Automatic Re-Match on Price Reduction
When a property price is reduced, you’ll now be prompted to resend details to applicants who were previously matched to the property.
You can choose to send to all, some, or none of these applicants, giving you full control while making it easy to re-engage interested applicants.
Your standard, default matching template will send, highlighting the updated price.
This helps you quickly reconnect with warm leads and maximise conversion opportunities following a price change.
Enhanced Area Unit Accuracy in Zoopla Feed
The Zoopla property feed has been updated to ensure area measurements are correctly represented when properties are configured using square metres. This enhancement applies to both Sales and Lettings properties, providing greater accuracy and consistency in property marketing data sent to Zoopla.
This ensures property sizes are displayed using the intended unit of measurement, helping to maintain accurate listing information across property portals.
Search Screen Preferences Now Persist
Grid preferences are now remembered across the following search screens:
- Lettings Properties
- Landlords
- Tenants
- Lettings Applicants
- Contractors
- Guarantors
- Sales Properties
- Vendors
- Sales Applicants
- Solicitors
- Sales Compliance
Any column sorting, positioning, or arrangement applied within the grid view will now be retained when the page is refreshed or revisited.
This means you can tailor each search screen to the way you work and return to the same familiar layout every time, saving time and providing quicker access to the information that matters most.
Sales
Enhanced Filtering On Applicant Viewings
Within Sales > Applicants > Applicant Record > Viewings, you can now filter viewing records using specific keywords or phrases. This makes it easier to quickly locate relevant viewing activity, feedback, and notes without having to manually review the entire history.
By helping you find the information you need faster, this enhancement streamlines applicant management and saves valuable time when preparing for follow-up conversations.
