CRM RELEASE
11th February 2026 - VERSION 2. 44.0
New features
Sales & Lettings
Property and Applicant matching
Property and applicant matching is a key part of any Estate Agent or Lettings Agent workflow, making sure you identify the right property for your clients to help increase sales and rental success.
We’ve enhanced both Property Match and Applicant Match to create a more streamlined and transparent matching experience across both Sales and Lettings, while preserving the flexibility required for detailed searches.
Sales & Lettings – Simplified Default View
Property Match now opens with criteria for:
• Price
• Bedrooms
• Area
All other criteria — including property type, bathrooms, receptions, and additional attributes — are hidden by default but can be revealed using “Use additional filters.”
Matching can be completed using only the default criteria unless additional filters are activated.
This makes it quicker to generate matches and reduces visual complexity across both Sales and Lettings.
Sales & Lettings – Clearer Filter Behaviour
Filter behaviour has been refined to ensure it’s easier and clearer to see exactly what is being searched for and to help you focus on what your clients need and gives you clearer control over how results are returned:
• Default view → matches use only visible default filters
• Additional filters visible → matches use all visible filters
• Hidden filters do not impact results
Sales & Lettings – Improved Data Entry
It can be complicated to set criteria using sliders to change numbers, so removed them from Price/Rent, Bedrooms, and Bathrooms.
• Bedrooms and Bathrooms are now free-type fields.
• On Property Match, Minimum and Maximum Price/Rent are separate input fields.
• Prices and Rents display with comma formatting for improved readability.
All matching logic remains unchanged, it’s now just easier to find what your clients need.
Lettings – Move Dates included in Default Filters
For Lettings Property Match both Move From and Move To dates are now included in the default filter set and appear at the bottom of the default criteria list. This ensures availability is factored in from the outset.
In addition to all of the changes we’ve also added a loading icon so you can see when CRM is finding the right properties and applicants for you.
Sales
Persistent Filters in Sales Progression
Sales Progression filters will now persist between visits. The system remembers your selected status checkboxes and negotiator selections, automatically reapplying them when you return — even after logging out or refreshing your browser.
This ensures you can quickly pick up where you left off without repeatedly resetting filters. The existing Clear Filters option remains available and will reset and save the default view when used. Filter logic and results remain unchanged.
Add Offer Directly from Viewing Feedback
A new “Add Offer” action is now available directly on the sales viewing feedback screen in Calendar v2. Selecting this opens the existing Add Offer modal, prefilled with the property linked to the viewing.
Simply open the viewing appointment in the calendar and select feedback. You’ll see an option for Create offer, click here and you can enter the applicants’ details. We’ll prefill what we can from the existing record, but anything else can be added here or later.

Optional Vendor & Purchaser Fields in Property Chains
When adding a property to a chain in Sales Sales Progression, only the Address and Postcode fields are now mandatory. Vendor and Purchaser details are optional, making it easier to add properties to a chain even when full client information is not yet available. All other field behaviour and validations remain unchanged.
New Calendar is here!
Your brand-new calendar experience in CRM is here. From today when opening your calendar it will default to the new look. You can still make the choice to move back to the original version for now if you have any issues, but we will start to phase that out soon.
As well as a new look and feel, any new calendar functionality will be available exclusively in this version.
We know how important it is to keep track of your diary and appointments — whether for viewings, appraisals, or property management — it’s a key part of your day-to-day. To make this easier, we’ve been working hard on a brand-new calendar experience in CRM.
The new calendar features an updated layout and design for a clearer view of your schedule, along with a much-improved mobile experience and enhanced performance.
You’ll see the option to use the new calendar over the next few days & you can read about the changes below.
Toggle calendar on/off
Once we’ve turned the new calendar on, you’ll see a new toggle at the top of the calendar screen showing ‘New Calendar'
By toggling this on or off you can switch between the new calendar and the existing as you become familiar with the new version.
NOTE: The on/off toggle is persistent across sessions.
Calendar UI
The change to UI within calendar means it now aligns with the rest of iamproperty CRM.
All of your existing functionality remains, just with a fresh new look.
Adding viewings/appraisals
Adding an appraisal works in the same way as existing functionality (right click and add or using the menu on the left)
Appointment layout
Changes have been made to the appointment layout so it is easy to see the Event, details, appointment specific information (viewing/appraisal etc.) and any reminders.
When using the Add new records functionality this will open using the Core Process Simplification journey.
Additional updates & General Improvements
We’ve continued to make enhancements to CRM to improve the overall experience.
