New Features
Improved Feedback Visibility in Sales & Lettings Viewings
We’ve improved the Viewings list within Sales and Lettings property records to make feedback easier to access. Previously, hovering over an entry displayed the details for Private Feedback only. This enhancement extends the same hover-to-preview behaviour to Public Feedback, allowing you to quickly view the full text without needing to open the feedback record.
Enhanced BACS Import Support for Santander Connect
We’ve enhanced the BACS Import functionality to ensure full compatibility with Santander Connect. The CRM now automatically includes the required Header record at the top of the file and the Trailer record at the bottom, in addition to the existing Payment lines. This improvement ensures BACS files generated within the system meet Santander Connects formatting specification, allowing for smooth and successful imports.
