New features

e-Sign documents can now be sent to Guarantors
We’ve enhanced the e-Sign feature to support guarantors when sending lease 
agreements.
Now, when you send a tenancy agreement, any associated guarantors will automatically 
appear in the list of contacts.
You can choose to include or exclude guarantors based on your internal process—just 
as you would with tenants. Sending agreements works exactly as before, now with 
more flexibility.

Improved Photo Uploads for Property Records and Management Tasks
Uploading photos is now smoother across property records and property
management tasks.
Images taken in portrait orientation will now automatically retain their correct
orientation—no manual adjustments needed.
Just upload your photos as usual, and we’ll handle the rest.

Export Custom Compliance Checks to CSV
You can now export custom compliance types from the Activity List to a CSV file,
making it easier to work with your data in other formats or software.
To use this new feature:
      • Set up your custom compliance type via
        Lettings > Property Record > Compliance > Add New Type
      • Navigate to the Lettings Dashboard > Activity List
      • Select your custom compliance type
      • Click the new ‘Export to CSV’ option
A quick and simple way to access and share compliance data outside the system.

Add Room Measurements in Imperial or Metric
You can now record room  measurements in both Imperial (feet & inches) and Metric                     (meters) directly within a property record.
When adding a room via Property Record > Rooms > Add Room, simply toggle                             between measurement units to suit your preference or regional requirements. 

Additional updates & General Improvements
We’re making further improvements to enhance speed and performance when using the 
latest versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. These updates follow recent 
browser changes that impacted compatibility in certain areas.
