New features

EPC Certificate Generation Now Handled Directly in CRM
EPC certificates are a regulatory requirement for all property sales and rentals. Until 
now, generation of these certificates relied on third-party services such 
as epcgraph.co.uk, which could occasionally result in inaccurate or inconsistent 
outputs.
We've now removed all third-party dependencies for EPC certificate generation. This 
process is now handled entirely within the iamproperty CRM, providing greater 
control, consistency, and reliability.
There’s no change required to your current workflow — simply enter 
the Current and Potential values in the Property > Compliance tab as usual, then 
click 'Generate EPC Certificate'. The new certificate will be created using our built-in 
CRM functionality
