There are several ways to obtain Land Registry documents within Movebutler.
Title Registers and Title Plans are charged at £7.00 each.
Before you can purchase Land Registry documents:
- An Account Administrator must have added a valid payment card to your agency's account.
- Land Registry charges must be enabled within your billing settings.
Obtaining a Title Register when adding a property.
When adding a property to the platform for the first time, you will be prompted with the option to obtain the Title Register. If you choose to do so, the document will be downloaded automatically and attached to the transaction.
Obtaining a Title Register or Title Plan after adding a property
If you need to obtain a Title Register or Title Plan after the property has been created, there are two ways to do this.
Option 1 – Via the Property Audit Page
- Navigate to Property Audit.
- Under the Title Register or Title Plan column, click Request.
- Proceed with the order. Once ordered, the document will be available to download.
Option 2 – Via the Compliance Tab

Click Order Land Registry Documents.

I'm entitled to free Title Registers. How do I obtain these?
If your agency is entitled to free Title Registers as part of your agreement with Movebutler, or through the use of our Conveyancing module and associated services, you should obtain the Title Register when first adding the property to the platform.
When adding a property to the platform for the first time, you will be prompted with the option to obtain the Title Register.
I'm entitled to free Title Registers. But I forgot to request it?
If you didn't obtain the Title Register when creating the property, or if it wasn't available at the time, you can still claim your free Title Register later.

- Select Order Title Register.
