To use some of the chargeable services within Movebutler, an Account Administrator must add a valid payment card to your agency's account.
Once a payment card has been added, it can be used to pay for services such as:
- Credit Bundles and Auto Top Up
- Land Registry Documents (Title Registers and Title Plans).
- AML Certification.
Please note that adding a payment card does not automatically enable charges. The relevant charging options (such as AML Certification or Land Registry purchases) must also be enabled within Payments & Billing before users will be able to access those services.
To add a payment card:

From any screen within Movebutler, click the yellow My Account button in the top right.

Select My Profile from the drop-down menu. This will open the Control Panel.

From the Control Panel, navigate to Payments & Billing.

Select Movebutler Account.
5. Click Add Payment Method.
6. Enter the cardholder's name, card number, expiry date, and CVC, then click Submit.
Enabling Service Charges
Once a valid payment card has been added, you can choose which chargeable services are authorised to use the saved card.
| Land Registry payments |
Enabling Land Registry Payments allows your saved payment card to be used when purchasing Title Registers and Title Plans, without needing to enter the card details each time. If this setting is set to No, users will only be able to obtain free Title Registers during vendor onboarding (where available and the transaction is eligible). They will not be able to purchase Title Registers or Title Plans through the paid route. |
| Auto-renew credits |
Enabling Auto-Renew Credits allows your saved payment card to automatically purchase a new AML credit bundle when:
The system will automatically purchase the same credit bundle as your most recent purchase. Note: You'll receive notifications before your credits run low or expire, giving you the opportunity to change your preferences or purchase a different credit bundle if required. |
| Annual AML Certification |
Enabling Annual AML Certification allows staff members to access the AML training within the Training Library and complete their annual certification. The certification is charged at £10.00 + VAT per user and includes unlimited attempts until the user successfully passes the assessment. |
