New Features

Improved Audit Logging for Automated Sales Completions 

We’ve made improvements to automated sales completions to ensure that when a property is automatically archived, this action is now fully recorded in the property audit log. This gives you a complete view of all activity and data related to property archiving within Sales Progression.

Changes to Final Rent Calculations

We’ve made a change so that when a tenancy ends partway through a rent period, the final rent invoice is automatically calculated on a pro-rata basis in line with the tenancy end date. This ensures the final rent amount reflects the exact period the tenant occupies the property.

Improvements to Sales and Lettings Activity Lists

We’ve made a change so that Sales and Lettings activity lists load faster, show a more accurate picture of your data, and make it easier to take actions directly from the list. These improvements help you work more efficiently and keep your activity up to date.
