New Features

New merge field: Property Address

You can now use the {Property Address} merge field in emails, no matter where you’re sending them from in the system.

This works just like your other merge fields, so whether you’re emailing from a property, landlord, or tenant record, you’ll always have the option to include the property address automatically.

Clearer portfolio search results

We’ve removed the amount field from portfolio results in global search. As prices can vary (e.g. per calendar month, weekly, or offers in the region of), removing this avoids any confusion.

Updated commission calculation on Regular Expenses

We’ve made a change so that when charging Regular Expenses for a contractor with a percentage commission, the Agent Commission Invoice is now calculated as a percentage (from the contractor record) rather than as a fixed amount.

Price prefix added to property matching

We’ve made a change so that price prefixes (like Offers in excess of) now show on property tiles in the Sales property matching screen. This makes it clearer when reviewing matches and helps you have more accurate conversations with applicants about pricing.
