This guide offers a straightforward process for archiving a lettings property record in your CRM, ensuring that you can efficiently manage property data without clutter. Archiving a Record in CRM does not remove it from the CRM, the record stays in the CRM and can be searched for using the 'Show Archived in Results' option in the Global Search function. Archived records can also be restored to active status.
1. Navigate to the property record you are archiving.

2. Click here.

3. Click "Archive"

4. If the Property has active tenancies you will see a warning message and these will need to be terminated before the property is archived. If you see this message click cancel, terminate the tenancies and once done return and continue to archive the property.
Click "Cancel"

5. If there are no active tenancies, click "Archive"

6. Click "Archive"

7. Archived will show in the top right of the screen.
