If you have previously had an iamproperty client account and completed a verification with a different estate agent, it may be that you are taken straight to that account rather than being able to see your new property sale or purchase from your current estate agent.
It is likely occurring as your device is trying to take you to your previous session with the other agent.
Please follow the steps below and you should be able to register a new account and access the new AML check.
To move forward, please click on the three lines or my account button in the top right corner of the screen. Then click log out on the drop down menu that appears.
Once logged out, please click on the most recent link you have received from your estate agent and register with a new account using your email address and a NEW password. This will then allow you to access your new ID check.
