How do I go back a stage to amend my name, address or date of birth?
Once you have confirmed your personal details you are unable to go back to amend.
Please ensure you've checked your details correctly, ensuring your names are spelled correctly and you've added any middle name to match your full name on your ID document.
Please ensure your address and date of birth are correct as well.
If you believe you have entered something incorrectly, please speak directly with your Estate Agent who can amend the details in their system and resend your verification link if required.
