Cannot take a selfie

When I try to take a selfie, it opens my camera roll

This is usually device settings released. Please check your settings and retry.

Once you have changed settings and if that hasn't resolved the issue, could you try taking a photo in your camera app and then uploading it.

Alternatively, please try from another device.

If you are still unable to take the required photos please contact your Estate Agent for alternative ways of verification.
