My camera is not opening when trying to take a photo in the app
Please try logging out of your account and back in again. If this does not resolve the issue, please try from another device if possible.
This is often caused by device settings, so please check your camera settings and adjust if necessary.
If you cannot change the settings on your device and don't have an alternative device (laptop or PC with webcam) to use, please contact your estate agent who may be able to offer a different route to verify you in-platform.
