I'm receiving a blank compliance and ID screen
Typically, in most cases, seeing a blank page at the compliance and ID step is due to one of the following:
❌Using an outdated Browser
🍪Disallowing or blocking cookies
⛔Using an adblocker
🔐Using a private or incognito browser
⚙️ Device or Browser Settings
Therefore, please ensure you are using an up-to-date browser (we recommend Google Chrome), accept the webpages cookies and temporary disable any adblockers if enabled. We'd also suggest allowing third party cookies, you can do this in Google Chrome by clicking on the 3 dots in the top right, select "settings", then select "Privacy and Security" from the left menu and ensure "allow all cookies" is enabled.
If you’re still having issues afterwards, can you try on a different device with a camera?
