CRM RELEASE
08th July 2025 - Version 2.32.0
New Features
Column Order Now Saved in Fullscreen Task View
We’ve enhanced the fullscreen Task view to remember your preferred column layout. Previously, when users re-ordered columns in the fullscreen Task list—accessed via My Day View All Tasks or Quick Access Menu Tasks View in Fullscreen—those changes would reset on refresh or next login. Now, CRM will retain your custom column order, so you won’t need to rearrange them every time you access the page. This update makes task management more efficient and tailored to how you work.
Full Screen Option Added to Applicant Contact Notes
You can now expand the ‘Contact Notes’ field on both Sales and Lettings Applicant records to a full-screen view, making it easier to write and review longer notes. A new full screen toggle has been added alongside the text formatting options. This expands the notes field to fit the full browser window, giving you more space to work comfortably. You can toggle back to the standard view at any time. This update helps improve visibility and usability when managing detailed applicant notes
Improved Tracking of Applicant Contact from Lettings Dashboard
We’ve enhanced the Lettings Dashboard to ensure more accurate tracking of applicant engagement. Now, when you log a call using the ‘Log Call’ option from the three-dot menu in the Applicant Last Contacted list, the ‘Last Contacted’ date will automatically update—just as it does when logging a call directly from the applicant record. This ensures your records stay up to date no matter where you log your interactions, helping you maintain better visibility of recent applicant contact.
Property UDFs Now Available in Tenancy Agreement Letters
We’ve extended the flexibility of tenancy agreement letters by enabling support for additional custom fields. When generating documents using the ‘Lettings Tenancy’ letter type, you can now pull through information from Property UDFs. This means you can include more tailored property-specific details directly in your tenancy agreements—helping you streamline communication and reduce manual edits. This enhancement gives you even more control over how your documentation is generated and customised.
Additional updates & General Improvements
We’re making further improvements to enhance speed and performance alongside
system stability.
