New features

Improved Mobile Experience: Vertical Layout for Letzone
We’ve enhanced Letzone on mobile devices by changing the screen layout from 
horizontal to vertical. This update makes navigation smoother and completing 
information much easier when using Letzone on smartphones and tablets.
With this new vertically aligned journey, you’ll enjoy a clearer, more user-friendly 
experience on smaller screens.

Improved Date Entry Validation on Property and Tenant Checklists
We’ve enhanced the date entry process in Property and Tenant Checklists to provide 
clearer and more accurate feedback when inputting dates.
Now, date entries are fully validated to ensure error messages only appear when 
necessary, making the checklist experience smoother and more reliable.

Open House viewing status updates
You can now cancel Open House viewings by updating the status to Cancelled and saving 
the record — in line with how regular viewings work. This ensures a consistent and 
reliable way to manage all types of viewing cancellations.
 

Photo uploads now supported via Contractor portal on 
mobile devices
Contractors can now easily and reliably add photos directly through their contractor 
portal, including when accessing the system on mobile devices. 
This makes it easier to document job progress and communicate updates to everyone 
involved.
