CRM RELEASE 
30 April 2025 - VERSION 2.27.0

Improved EPC process 
We have improved the process for generating EPC graphs via a sales or lettings 
property record in CRM. This reduces the need to manually save or refresh the property 
record when creating an EPC graph.

Paying Landlords
In the Accounts module, we have aligned the process between Perform Payments and
Rapid Pay when making zero value payments to landlords.

Menu Update
We have updated the display for Sales-only users to reduce unnecessary menu options
that were presented.

We’re making further improvements to enhance speed and performance. These updates
