My name is not showing correctly on the form

On the first page you land on in your Dashboard you will be asked to confirm your details, including name, address, and adding your date of birth. You can amend your name and add a middle name on that page.

If you mistakenly confirm your details as correct without amending them, you should contact your estate agent directly and they can amend this in their system and send you a new invite. 

• Please note, if you're at the Credas ID Verification Process summary page your surname will be abbreviated to the first letter. This is correct.
