When selecting your date of birth, you don't need to scroll back through every month to reach your year of birth.
On most devices, you can:
- Open the date picker.
- Tap the current year displayed at the top of the calendar.
- Select your year of birth.
- Select the month, then the day.
On some older devices, the calendar may not display this option correctly. If this happens, try completing the process on a different smartphone, tablet, or computer.
If you don't have access to another device, or you're still unable to select your date of birth, please contact your estate agent. They can update your date of birth within your movebutler profile.
Entering Date of Birth on an iOS Device
On iOS, first select the month and day. This will then display a scrolling wheel, allowing you to select the correct year and month. Once you've chosen these, tap the correct day to complete your date of birth.
Tap the calendar icon at the end of the Date of Birth field.
In the calendar that appears, tap the day of your birth.
Tap the month and year displayed at the top left of the calendar.
A scrolling list of years and months will appear. Scroll and select your year of birth and month of birth.
Tap the blue tick to confirm your selected date of birth.
Entering Date of Birth on Android Device
On Android devices, tap the year displayed at the top of the calendar to quickly select your year of birth. Then use the left and right arrows to select the correct month before tapping the day to complete your date of birth.
Select the Date of Birth field by tapping the calendar icon.
Tap the year displayed at the top of the calendar, then scroll to select your year of birth.
Use the left and right arrows to select the correct month.
Select the day of your birth from the calendar.
- Tap Set to confirm your date of birth.
