We can accept the following ID documents:
- Passport
- Driving licence (Full or Provisional)
- National identity card
- Residence permit or biometric residence card (where applicable)
- UK firearms certificate
Please note that only original, physical documents can be used. Scans, photocopies, screenshots, or previously saved images of documents are not accepted, as photos must be captured live during the verification process to support authenticity checks.
Can I use saved copies or scans of my documents?
If your document type is not listed, or you do not have an accepted form of ID, please contact your estate agent directly to discuss the options available to you.
