This guide provides a straightforward method for updating property coordinates in CRM, ensuring accurate location data for your listings. This will work for any properties you have entered in CRM, regardless of where in the world they are.
1. Navigate to the property you need to update.
2. Click "Edit Address"
3. The "Latitude" and "Longitude" are shown at the bottom of the screen
4. Click here to view the map screen
5. Click "View larger map"
6. If required zoom in and find the location of the property.
7. Right-click on the location and the co-ordinates will show in the menu, make a note of these and return to the CRM map
8. Click here and close the map
9. Click this text field and update the Latitude and Longitude fields with the new numbers
10. Click here to save your changes.
