Rechecking an Individual or Company Landlord, or Tenant, who is already added to Lettings Compliance

If you need to recheck your landlords or tenants on an annual anniversary they will need to be added to the Lettings Compliance platform and a new verification request sent. It can be sent to a previously used email address.

There is no ability to send a check from the old record in the Lettings Compliance platform. 

Similarly for tenants, you will need to add the tenant again and complete a new PEPs / Sanctions check.
