If your landlord is having issues or receiving an error message when downloading the iamproperty App to their Android phone or device from the Google Play store, please ask that they try the following in a browser window on a laptop / PC:

- Click 'Download'
A pop-up will appear where they can remotely download to their phone and use the App.
This should allow them to download the app on any device via the Google system on their laptop.
If this does not work, they can complete their ID and address verification without using the app by accessing our online web portal. Please use the following link Web Portal Link
Please note: The app will not work on an iPad or any Tablet.
