Once a verification request has been sent to a landlord, they will begin to receive reminder emails and text messages if the verification has not been completed within 24 hours.
- Reminders are issued every 2 days
- Up to 5 reminders in total
- After the 5th reminder, the reminders automatically stop
If you know the landlord will not be completing the requested verification, you must contact us so we can suppress the reminders by deleting the verification request in our Verify365 portal.
To action this, please provide us with:
- Client name
- Email address
- Property address
We will then suppress future reminders on your behalf.
Important
Deleting the record in your iamproperty Lettings Compliance platform does not stop reminders from being sent to your landlord. The reminders will continue unless we manually suppress them by deleting the record in our Verify365 portal.
