How to prompt your Landlord to complete their verification by sending a Reminder email and/or text

If you'd like to prompt your landlord to complete a verification they've been sent, please click on the 'Prompt Landlord' button in the top right of the Landlord Details screen.

This will generate:

• A reminder email to your landlord 
• A reminder text to your landlord (if a UK mobile phone number has been previously added)

Once the 'Prompt Landlord' button has been pressed a pop up will confirm the reminder has been sent. After you click 'OK' to remove the pop-up, the 'Prompt Landlord' button will be greyed out.
