To check if you've sent your Landlord a verification to complete, navigate to the Landlord page:
Locate your Landlord and look in the 'Verified' column.
You will see the following:
- 1/1 = Landlord has been sent 1 verification and has completed it
- 0/1 = Landlord has been sent 1 verification but has yet to complete it
- 0/0 = Landlord has not been sent any verification to complete.
If there is 0/0 in the verified column, click on the Landlord name to open the 'Landlord Details' page, and click the 'Request Verification' button in the top right corner. If the Landlord has a valid email address in their profile a verification invite will be sent.
