Which Proof of Address documents are accepted in the App?

Acceptable Proof of Address documents

When a landlord is completing their verification they will be required to upload 2 proof of address documents. Both will need to be confirmed as dated within the past 3 months.

The document list includes the following:

• Utility Bill
• Bank Statement
• Council Tax Bill
• Mortgage Statement
• Driving Licence
• HMRC letter
• Insurance Policy
• Credit card statement
• Local Authority letter
• Other
