Amending a risk assessment for an independent Landlord or Director

How do I edit a Landlord or Director risk assessment?

In order to edit a risk assessment, navigate to the Landlord menu and find the landlord or Director name. You can search for the landlord using the search function on this page. 

Click on the landlord to open the 'Landlord Details' page. 

Click on the Risk Assessment to the middle right of the screen. This will open the risk assessment questions. You can now view, edit and save the questions, and continue. Depending on your answers to the questions, the risk level may change.

You will be redirected back to the Landlord Details page after clicking the 'Continue' button.

You also have the ability to add documents and notes on this Landlord Details page. Additionally you can edit the landlord details.
