Action Required 'Yes'

How do I deal with Action Required on a verification?

If you see a 'Yes' in the Action Required column on the Home / My Tasks page, you will need to open the Verification Result page, download the verification and deal with the action.

Click the 'Yes' to open the Verification Result page. Download and review the verification report, and specifically the part that needs reviewing. In the below example it is the Address Check.

Once reviewed, click the amber 'Review' to open the decision box (pass or fail). 

Based on your review of the report, check Pass or Fail and then OK. At this point it is worth uploading any supporting document, and adding a note on the Verification Result page.

The 'Review' status will update to Pass or Fail.

Now press the Finish button to complete the action.
