How to download and view a Landlord's verification document

How do I download the Verification document?

Once the Landlord has completed their verification, the report can be downloaded and reviewed, and any action required dealt with.

On the Home / My Tasks page the Status column with show a Completed status in Green. Click the Completed button. This will forward you to the Verification Result screen.

To download and review the report please click on the download arrow next to 'Verification Report'. The report will open in a new tab. You can now review and deal with any actions on the Verification Report page.

On this page you can also upload documents and add any supporting comments.
