I've received a 'Credentials don't match our records' error when logging in for the 1st time

1. To login for the 1st time please click the LOGIN link on your welcome email

2. This will take you to a browser and show an 'Email Verification Success' message

3. Now go back to the email and click the Login link again. This will open the browser where you will be able to add your Username and Password to access Lettings Compliance.

It's important that you follow these 3 steps, rather than click Login on the 'Email Verification Success' page.
