What is the Star symbol next to the client name?
The star next to the vendor or buyer name indicates this client is the lead client in either the sale or purchase of the property. It is assigned to the first vendor and/or first buyer added to the transaction.
It only really makes a difference where you, as an agent, have conveyancing enabled in your movebutler account, as it will be the "star client" / lead client who will be sent the quotes and any forms to complete.
A lead buyer can be re-assigned by archiving the current lead buyer and assigning the key to another buyer.
A lead vendor cannot be re-assigned.
