My client has power of attorney
Where you act for a person or persons with power of attorney (POA), they are your client/s and a risk assessment and customer due diligence (CDD) is required on each one.
The person they have POA over will be the beneficial owner of the property, so you must also risk assess them and complete customer due diligence (CDD).
