How to resend the Biometric onboarding email to your client
If you need to resend your vendor or buyer their onboarding email to complete the biometric verification, please navigate to the Transaction Overpage and click the 3 vertical dots next to your client name and then the 'Resend invite' button.
This will resend the invite.
The Due Diligence status will show 'Invited'.
If you then scroll down to the 'Notes' section in the Transaction overview page and click the + you will see the action confirmed in the notes.
