What does Processing status mean?
- If the client has completed their biometric verification but the status on the Transaction Overview page and in the Verification Summary is Processing, the biometric verification has fallen in to a queue at Credas for manual review. This generally happens when a client has completed their verification "after hours" or at the weekend and the picture they've taken of their ID document needs reviewing. This means the SLA starts at 9am the next working day.
- We have a standard 4 hour SLA for Credas to complete the report and push it to us. Once out of processing status any actions required can be dealt with.
- If the client completes their verification late Friday night, on Saturday or Sunday and it falls in to the manual queue at Credas the standard 4 hour SLA will start at 9am Monday.
Whilst the status is in processing, please leave alone until Credas have completed their work and the system has updated the status. This will usually be "Action Required".
If the status remains "Processing" after 4 working hours of verification completion please contact us and we can assist.
