Client hasn't received the digital verification email
The first thing to check is that you have actually sent the onboarding invite. To confirm this you can check the Notes at the bottom of the Transaction overview page. You should see "Digital onboarding invite sent to CLIENT NAME by YOUR NAME" with the date and time next to it.
The onboarding status will show "invited" and the due diligence status will be "invited" under the client's section on the Transaction overview page, if the client has been sent the onboarding invite email.
If you do not see this then an invite email has not been sent. You should see an "invite to onboard" link on the three dots to the left of the client's name, which you should click to send the onboarding email.
You will also see a "re-send invite" link when clicking the three dots to the left hand side of the client's name if the invite has been sent. This can be used to send the invite to the client again.
If you can see that the invite has been sent then please ask your client to check their spam or junk folders for an email from noreply@email.iamproperty
The email subject will be "Let's get your property sale/purchase moving.."
