If you use our Client Charging Module for movebutler compliance, you will see a Compliance Payment Outstanding card on your Dashboard.
This card displays the number of outstanding client payment tasks from the previous 30 days. These are clients who have been invited to complete their ID verification but have not yet paid the required compliance fee.
Clicking the card will take you directly to the list of clients with outstanding payments, allowing you to review their status and follow up where necessary.
You can also view other outstanding client tasks, including Compliance Payments, from the client's Customer Overview page.
To access these:
- Navigate to Client Onboarding.
- Click on the client's name to open their Customer Overview.
- Click the Outstanding Tasks
