Sales & Lettings
Upload Up to Two Documents for Safety Checks
It is now possible to upload up to two documents when completing a compliance safety check in both Sales and Lettings. Simply follow the usual process and attach the required documents as part of the check.
Sales
Improved solicitor search in Sales Progression
Searching for solicitors in the Sales Progression screen now supports special characters such as & and @.
This allows for more flexible and accurate searching when adding solicitor details.
Lettings
Send group emails to archived tenancies
Archived tenancy records can now be used to send group emails to all associated tenants. This makes it easier to stay in touch even after a tenancy has ended. Simply follow the standard email process from the archived tenancy record and select the relevant tenants to include in your message.
Accounts
Updates to Barclays BACS formats
The BACS file generated via Accounts > General > BACS List has been updated to align with Barclays’ latest file format requirements. The export now includes the required Bank Reference field at the end of each record, ensuring files can be successfully processed under the updated Barclays specification.
Updates and refinements to the new Calendar v2
Following the recent launch of Calendar v2, several updates have been introduced based on user feedback to enhance usability and overall experience.
This release includes
- Day of the week now displayed alongside the date
- Direct access to applicants from Open House viewings
- Improved integration with Gmail and Outlook to reduce duplicate calendar entry display issues
- Appointment colours now update when the appointment owner is changed
- Ability to switch between Calendar v2 and Calendar v1 without needing to clear cache
