This guide will show how to register a new User to your company on iamproperty CRM.
Getting Started
To add a New User to the CRM click on the ‘My Account’ button and then from the drop down menu select ‘Control Centre’ then select ‘Users’ icon.
Registering a New User
Once in the ‘Users’ screen, from the list in the left side of the screen, select the Branch you want to add the user to, or leave All selected. Then click on ‘+ Add New User’ option.
This will show the ‘Add New Users’ screen. Complete all the fields that are marked with a red asterisk ( * ). Once all the Users personal information is added scroll down the screen to set the CRM Modules the user will have access to. The personal information links to the template tags in the CRM messaging allowing quick personalised messages to be sent.
Default is that a standard suite of modules are enabled, as seen on the image (left). To remove modules click on the bin icon to the right of the module you are removing. To add modules, for example Accounts, click on the Module drop down menu and from the list select the module you want to add.
The ‘Modules’ are the features that iamproperty CRM contains; Lettings, Sales, Accounts. If Modules are not enabled or disabled here then the user will not have access to those features when they log into the CRM.
Finally, set the user's Role. The standard roles are pre selected, there are other options in the drop down menu.
Once finished click ‘Save’
Once saved you will see the user in your list of users. When selected, on the right side of the screen you will see all of the Modules enabled for that user – Green enabled, Red disabled.
To re-enable modules or remove modules just click onto the options, once the colour is changed the option is enabled (green) or disabled (red).
To add modules not showing against the user in the list view, click the three-dot menu to the left of the user and select ‘View/Edit User’.
From the ‘Edit User’ screen scroll down the screen to the Module Access section and from the drop down menu select the modules you wish to add.
Then click ‘Save’.
