When should I onboard a client in-platform?

When should I NOT digitally onboard a client?

In order to be digitally onboarded, your client must have:

• Their own individual email address
• Photo ID
• Access to a smartphone, laptop or PC with a webcam
• Be able to navigate around a PC/webpages (basic computer literacy).

If your client does not meet one or more of the above requirements, you will need to onboard them manually in platform.
