How to add a transaction or compliance note
To add a transaction note to a property transaction, scroll to the bottom of the Transaction Overview page and click the + character to open the 'Notes' section, then yellow "Add note" button. Add your note in the box and click the "save note" button.
The note will now appear at the top of the transaction notes, with a time a date stamp next to it.
To add a compliance note, click in to the client's Customer overview page by clicking the 'Manage client' button, and type the note in the large "add a compliance note" box next to the verification summary. Click the yellow "Save" button.
That compliance note will appear at the bottom of the client's Customer overview and will be date and timestamped.
