What to do if movebutler cannot find your Title Register or you see message 'No title number has been identified'
In the majority of cases the reason movebutler cannot locate and deliver your Title Register for download, or you receive a 'no title number has been identified' message, is because of address formatting. In general it is likely to happen when the address is an apartment in a block or a house with an 'a' 'b' 'c' etc.
For example if you're looking for 100a Acacia Avenue, Toytown, AB1 2YZ you will be best to put 100 in the "Building Name / Number" box and "AB1 2YZ" in the postcode box. This will show all the properties for that postcode with 100 in them (100a, 100b, 100c, 100d) and you can choose the correct Register to download.
If you're looking for Apartment 100, 25 Acacia Avenue, Toytown, AB1 2YZ you will be best to put 25 in the "Building Name / Number" box and "AB1 2YZ" in the postcode box. This will show all the properties for that postcode at number 25, and you can then choose apartment 100 from the list of title registers.
In the below example, when looking for 61a the user will delete the 'a' from the address and click "next"
And the results will show all available documents for addresses at 61 and 61a
User will simply click on the correct title number to order and download.
