Title Register payment

We have 'Legal Preparation' module switched on and therefore free title registers, but are being prompted to pay £7?

If you are entitled to free title registers but are being prompted to pay for your title register, this is likely because you are not ordering the title register when you are initially adding the property transaction.

A title register will only be free when initially adding the transaction. If you skip the step and go back to the transaction at a later time, you will be prompted to pay for the title register. 

Please therefore ensure that you order and download the title register when you add the property transaction.

If this is happening you will need to re-add the transaction to order and download the title register.
